A: Yes, we welcome OEM/ODM. Please feel free to send us your images.  

Q2: Can I add a logo to the product?  
A: Yes, we can add your logo to the product.

Q3: What information is needed to obtain a quote?  
A: Please provide information about your product, such as: quantity, size, thickness, number of colors… Your general ideas or images are also acceptable.  

Q4: What is your delivery time?  
A: Sample production requires 7-10 days. delivery times for bulk orders depend on quantity: small batches (hundreds or thousands of pieces) require 10-15 days; Large batches (tens of thousands of pieces) require separate production scheduling.

Q5: If I reorder my product, do I need to pay the mold fee again?  
A: We can store the metal mold for 2 years. If you reorder within 2 years, we will not charge the mold fee again.  

Q6: How can I obtain the tracking number for a shipped order?  
A: Whenever your order is shipped, a shipping notification will be sent to you on the same day, containing all information about the shipment and the tracking number.

Q7: Can I get product samples or a catalog?  
A: Yes, please contact us, and we can provide you with an electronic catalog. Our existing samples are free of charge; you only need to cover the shipping costs.
